How to export or import module settings and styles
The Export/Import section in the Advanced tab lets you copy and paste module settings or styles into another module.
Export
Easily duplicate module settings and styles by copying them to the clipboard. Paste them into any other module within the same layout or even another EE Builder layout, saving you time and effort.
Copy Settings
Copy Settings duplicates the module: images, backgrounds, text, and settings.
Copy Styles
Copy Styles copies only a portion of the settings, specifically:
- Align
- Animation
- Border
- Button group
- Color
- Dimension
- Font
- Gradient
- Photo sizes
- Select
- Shadow
- Shape transforms
- Typography
- CSS Unit (for example px, em, %)
Import
To import module settings and styles in EE Builder:
1. Create or open the target module for editing, ensuring it's the same type as the original module.
2. On the Advanced tab, navigate to the Export/Import section.
3. Paste the clipboard contents into the Import field.
