How to show a form

  1. Navigate to the page which will display your form.
  2. On that page, open the 'EE Builder' from the top bar area.
  3. Once the builder is launched, drag in the 'Text Editor' module.
  4. Paste in the form shortcode making sure to use the RELEVANT FORM ID (see image below).

  1. Click 'Save' and you will be see your form:


  1. Once you are happy click 'Done' and 'Publish' button to make the form live.
